Oh this is something you really must try, it's just so delicious!
Ingredients:

Rotini Pasta (8oz, although I used a lot less since I was only cooking for 2)
Cheese Ravioli ( I just used what I had left, since I didn't have enough Rotini either)
Chicken Breasts (1lb - I only used two large chicken breasts)
Salt
Pepper
Pesto (to your taste, I used 1/3 cup)
Basil Chopped
Tomato Slices
Minced Garlic
Pepper Jack Cheese (shred it)
Cooking Spray ( I used olive oil cooking spray)

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package.Cut chicken into 1/4 inch slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray and then add chicken to pan. Saute the chicken until cooked. Add tomato slices and garlic. Simmer for about one minute. Stirr in pasta, basil, and pepper jack cheese.

I kept bugging my husband to take me to the mall and buy me some make up. He finally gave in. Originally I was going to go to the MAC counter but I decided to stop at Sephora since it was more likely I would find a pallet of colors for the same price that MAC would have with fewer colors. This is the first time I got anything by Urban Decay. They have some really neat things and the eye shadows I bought are awesome!
Last month he bought me four pairs of shoes from DSW, he swore that this month I was not going to get any more treats... He can't say no to me, he loves me!

Another weekend through PCH, around Newport and into Laguna.

The hubby and I decided we wanted to be at the beach again. This little hidden spot we found in Laguna is perfect. The reason we keep going there is because it's the only spot with the fewest people and we always find parking. It's a tiny area hidden by the hills and houses surrounding it. Most of the people there are probably residents.

Landon was happy to be at the beach. He's been more active lately and stays awake during our little trips. Even on the hour drive back he didn't sleep much. These past few weekends have been fun, fun, fun! Still, it feels great to come home and relax.

I've been craving mochi for much too long. They don't sell a lot of asian food at the stores I go to. I would attempt to make my own but again I need those asian ingridients.
I used to live near the city of Cerritos, oh man I miss that place. They had the best Asian & Indian stores and restaurants! Life will never be the same in the inland empire although I'm finally getting used to it.

My friend Brendon went to Paris for the month of January and February. He brought me back a Vogue Paris. I just got it on Friday because I hadn't seen him since he left. Hes been keeping busy with a girl he met on the trip. Good for him.
I absolutely love the shoes she is wearing. I hope I can find similar ones... The last time I tried to look for shoes that i found off a photo I was unsuccessful. I hope I can find them.

I scanned this picture because of the pretty dress. I love the way thin women can pull these styles of dresses. My back isn't bony enough.

Oh shoes, one can't ever own enough of them.

This weekend was pretty fun. On Sunday we drove down PCH only to stop at Laguna Beach.
We wanted to stop at Bolsa Chica but found zero parking. I think we drove about two hours from the time we left home until we finally stopped at Laguna.

Then we went to Long Beach to celebrate Kristen's birthday. She turned two.

Maybe we will be able to buy a home in California after all. As it turns out you are allowed to have two FHA loans at the same time. The only difference is that the primary would be my huband's father, later to be transferred to my husbands name. I really hope it works out because we found a house with a perfect lawn!
Last weekend I found out I'm in debt... which means I do have to find a job. How stressful. I got billed for the semester of nursing school. I dropped out when I decided I was miserable... I think I am equally miserable now. Almost $7,000 for a semester which I though was going to be covered by my financial aid. $7,000 for absolutely nothing, I gained nothing only because it is useless to me since I am going nowhere near that career path.
Hopefully things will turn around for me.

I miss being a teenager. Life was simpler then. Although back then I loathed for the future. I guess I only miss my youth and being carefree. My eyes weren't so tired then and I didn't have to wear a lot of make-up in an attempt to look pretty. Ages 16 and 17 were probably my favorite times. Maybe I'm just upset because I can't shed the last ten pounds of weight I gained during pregnancy. Gah I hate caring about the way I look, but damn it I can't help being dissatisfied with my image. Everyone is insecure I think.
I took 7 photos of myself before getting that shot above which didn't show my skins imperfections, plus I was wearing a lot of foundation.
I do love the present though. I married my soul mate and we made the most wonderful baby. Being a mother feels so right and so beautiful. It truly is the best feeling in the world.

I decided I will be printing some of my pictures in large sizes and hanging them on the wall. I was only going to do a print of my bebe Landon, but some nature photos would be great for the living room and the bathroom. Maybe the bedroom too... I'll probably be doing that tonight after my husband gets home from work. Tonight's plans include a trip to Target to buy the new Veils CD. I hope they have it in stock.
