I just bought these lovely lip products at MAC. It's their holiday gift set. I wanted to get their "Put A Spell On You" pink bag but it was sold out. The colors were shades of pink and it looked really cute. However I'm glad I got "House of Mirth Deep Lip Bag" instead, I think the lip colors in this one look great on my skin tone. The lighter pink shades might not have looked as pretty. :)

I've been wanting to try out Clinique's 3 Step skin care products. I've heard pretty good things about it. They have a starter set for only $24.00. On the website it asks you some personal skin question to help determine which skin care treatment is best for you. While on their website I also found an eye cream All About Eyes for $28.50. I have some pretty dark circles under my eyes, I hope this cream helps.

I am finally going back to school. Landon is six months now and my husband has a better idea of his weekly schedules. I'm only taking one evening class, but hey it's better than nothing. I was also taking online courses but I pretty much ran out of things to take from the list of classes that I actually need. So I hope moving to the house and my husband's schedule won't interfere too much.
I also need to take more advantage of the gym across our apartment because once we move I don't know how fast we will be able to get a treadmill. I lost most of the weight after having Landon, but I'm still no size zero. It's a little depressing because although my jeans will fit now, they are definitely too tight. I'm just a few more inches away from being my normal self, so I can't give up now.

On Saturday
First stop, My husband took us to visit ma mere. I wanted to see her again since she was gone for a long time in her Mexico trip.
Second stop was Target for a wedding gift. My friend is getting married next weekend so the gift needed to get out of the way. He has only ever been to one wedding, I don't think he's as excited as I am. I especially can't wait to have some wedding cake!
Third stop was Nordstrom counter at Cerritos. I only own one lip liner and two lip glosses and lately I've been wanting to wear lipstick. I don't know anything about wearing lipstick so I just grabbed Cremsheen Modesty and Ravishing. Ravishing is my favorite.
Fourth stop was food time. We had burgers at Carl's Jr. Landon was behaving the majority of the time but then he started to cry halfway through my burger. I picked him up and ate with my left hand, no biggie. Man it's so embarrassing to have a crying baby in public, I nearly had a heart attack lol. Luckily holding him was good enough to quiet him down. I hate it when parents just let their kid cry as if they can't hear.
Fifth stop was Downtown Disney. I love Disney, and there is no way Landon is old enough to go to Disneyland yet so the downtown Disney walk is more than enough. Unfortunately I got blisters on my feet from the shoes I wore. I thought they would be comfortable but it gave me three blisters on each foot. I don't know if I'll even try to break them in. At the Grand California Hotel gift shop I found a necklace I really loved. He was sweet and bought it for me! It was only $15.00.
Final stop was a must at Ikea. Since we bought the king size bed we lost drawer space from the old frame. There was a lot of loose clothes laying around in the closet driving me crazy! Now we have a nice new six drawer chest. Were going to have to buy another one to replace the old one which doesn't match it.
I love busy weekends!!!

On Saturday my husband woke up with horrible back pain so he decided it was time for a new bed. We ended up getting a Cal King $2,500-no tax, soft, and we got free sheets lol. Money well spent. Our old bed was a queen and it sat on a black vinyl frame which had drawers. So this Saturday we definitely need to go to Ikea and buy a dresser because I'm definitely tired of his sock laying around.

I like the way white eyeliner looks. I was going to buy a MAC eyeliner but ended up buying a Revlon Pure White for $5 instead.
I also like Bobbi Browns new customized idea. Pinks and browns are love this summer.

Good things seem to be heading our direction, but it is still too soon to tell so I'll just leave it at at.
In other news, I finally got some tan shoes. I don't know why I wanted them, I just did. I have yet to wear them... Now I want some gladiator sandals so I may also tuck those away in my closet.

For Mothers Day my husband gave me the first two Twilight books, a necklace, chocolate, and a printed photo of smiley Landon. I'm still reading Cranberry Queen so I won't get started on Twilight until I finish that. All I'm missing are some tan shoes, like the ones the girls wear on Dancing With The Stars.
He was going to buy me the hardcover versions of the books but they were $20 each and Sam's Club had the softcover for way cheaper. I got both for only $14.00! They had hardcovers too for $12.00, Sam's Club is the way to go!
This weekend I lost three pounds by eating less. I'm gonna start going to the gym again so I can hopefully go back to my normal size. Some of my old clothes still fit, but super tight. I'm still the same small frame except my belly just doesn't want to get smaller or firm up heheh. I realized I was eating more than I ever had, so I'm putting an end to that. Chocolate is still and will always be my weakness though.
Saturday was fun too, my husband's dad got to go with us to the movies. We saw Wolverine. Hugh Jackman is Love :)

I was really trying to avoid the whole Twilight frenzy. When the books first came out I wanted to read but ended up not doing so because for some reason I didn't want to follow every ones craze even though I did just that when Harry Potter came out. I especially hate watching the movie before reading the book, but I swore I wasn't going to like the movie... So yesterday I finally got to see Twilight after a long wait on Netflix. Well now I would really like to read the series. Today I bought Cranberry Queen off Amazon though, I was going to buy the first book, Twilight, but decided I'd rather wait and save up the money for the hardcover collection. Now I could just borrow the books from my niece or everyone else as he insists, but I love books and owning my own books thank you very much. My favorite scene in the movie was from the image above. My favorite subject of Biology is cell division <3>

I kept bugging my husband to take me to the mall and buy me some make up. He finally gave in. Originally I was going to go to the MAC counter but I decided to stop at Sephora since it was more likely I would find a pallet of colors for the same price that MAC would have with fewer colors. This is the first time I got anything by Urban Decay. They have some really neat things and the eye shadows I bought are awesome!
Last month he bought me four pairs of shoes from DSW, he swore that this month I was not going to get any more treats... He can't say no to me, he loves me!

Another weekend through PCH, around Newport and into Laguna.
The hubby and I decided we wanted to be at the beach again. This little hidden spot we found in Laguna is perfect. The reason we keep going there is because it's the only spot with the fewest people and we always find parking. It's a tiny area hidden by the hills and houses surrounding it. Most of the people there are probably residents.
Landon was happy to be at the beach. He's been more active lately and stays awake during our little trips. Even on the hour drive back he didn't sleep much. These past few weekends have been fun, fun, fun! Still, it feels great to come home and relax.

I've been craving mochi for much too long. They don't sell a lot of asian food at the stores I go to. I would attempt to make my own but again I need those asian ingridients.
I used to live near the city of Cerritos, oh man I miss that place. They had the best Asian & Indian stores and restaurants! Life will never be the same in the inland empire although I'm finally getting used to it.

This weekend was pretty fun. On Sunday we drove down PCH only to stop at Laguna Beach.
We wanted to stop at Bolsa Chica but found zero parking. I think we drove about two hours from the time we left home until we finally stopped at Laguna.
Then we went to Long Beach to celebrate Kristen's birthday. She turned two.
