I've been craving mochi for much too long. They don't sell a lot of asian food at the stores I go to. I would attempt to make my own but again I need those asian ingridients.I used to live near the city of Cerritos, oh man I miss that place. They had the best Asian & Indian stores and restaurants! Life will never be the same in the inland empire although I'm finally getting used to it.
I have cravin for a good mochi too, but wonder if I can use glutinous rice flour to make it?
